What is a "drill" and "fill"?

Exactly what it sounds like - drilling a hole in a toner cartridge and refilling it with toner. A similar process is used to refill ink cartridges with do it yourself ink refill kits. Twotonellc.com does not sell "drill and fill" kits or cartridges. Twotonellc.com toner cartridges are produced by professional engineers and technicians who test cores and components for structural integrity, clean empties to OEM standard, replace major components (such as drums and blades), refill with toner and test again before packaging to ensure a product which meets quality standards.

Twotonellc.com compatible and remanufactured ink cartridges are produced in major ISO 9001, 9002 and similar quality tested manufacturing facilities with state of the art equipment for production of quality compatibles, testing empties to be remanufactured and sophisticated ink filling and refilling equipment. Twotonellc.com quality is why corporations, school districts, local government and U.S. government offices buy twotonellc.com products --again and again.

Using drill and fill toner cartridges and ink cartridges can have severe consequences. Each manufacturer's black ink and toner, and color inks are not the same. By using a one for all toner or ink solution you are risking destruction of your equipment. To fill your $500 printer with an unapproved ink or toner can cause problems with quality and the actual operation of the machine, not to mention the mess of actually filling an empty cartridge. Spill it on your favorite shirt and you've just added to your rag bin.

The ink drill and fills refill your cartridge with is NOT designed to work with the manufacturer's print head technology. Now the idea is great, save money upfront until your $500 machine is ruined and then when you have a meeting and you need to print and your printer is down you need to scramble to get a printer, and hopefully you have $500 to spend for a comparable printer.

Do some research on manufacturers and you will find they DO NOT recommend using drill and fill. The drill and fill ink is NOT designed to work with the manufacturer's print head technology.

Drill and fill is a big risk and can cost you a lot of money in the short and long run. Using remanufactured cartridges give the same quality as a manufacturer's brand, saves you money and will not destroy your imaging equipment (and yes I have seen claims of 80% off toner and ink supplies but look at them - they are drill and fill). There is nothing scientific about drill and fill.

For ten years twotonellc.com has been manufacturing toner cartridges and seen and heard of all kinds of stories and complaints. We've all heard it before but if it sounds too good to be true then it probably is.

All twotonellc.com products are fully guaranteed and each cartridge is manufactured precisely to a manufacturer's specific requirement.
